- A minimum of three (3) years of experience at a hospital pharmacy or retail pharmacy is preferred
- New York State Licensed Pharmacy Technician
- Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)
- Knowledge of brand and generic medication names
- Knowledge of medication dosage calculations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Sterile product compounding skills preferred

Job Description
Under the direction of the Pharmacy Manager and a licensed pharmacist, assists and supports the pharmacist in the dispensing and preparation of medications, and performs various Pharmacy Department activities not requiring the professional judgment of a licensed pharmacist.
