      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
      - Handle a high volume of inbound calls from patients, addressing their questions and concerns
      - Make outbound calls to patients for medication profile management
      - Collaborate with clinical pharmacists and medical professionals to support patient care
      - Maintain patient records with a strong focus on detail and confidentiality

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - High school diploma or GED
      - Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
      - Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) with a current certificate
      - Must maintain pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy

      - Strong drug knowledge and pharmacy billing experience
      - Ability to work independently and exhibit self-motivation
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Proficiency in using multiple software programs and technology
