      Our Client, a Healthcare Insurance Company, is looking for Pharmacy Technician for their Detroit, MI/ Hybrid location

      Responsibilities:

      Requirements
      • This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center.
      • We service client Medicare Part D Members and Providers.
      • Our goal is to handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.
      • Exceptional Customer Service
      • Detail Oriented
      • Ability to multi-task

      Top 3 Required Skills/Experience – The most important must-have skills.
      • Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
      • Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
      • Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

      Preferred:
      • Call center experience
      • CMS knowledge
      • CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed)
