      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Receive and resolve patient and provider escalations promptly at the pharmacy help desk
      - Manage the intake process, benefits verification, prior authorization, and financial assistance requests
      - Collaborate with other pharmacy and functional departments to enhance service delivery
      - Identify internal process improvements to boost patient and provider satisfaction
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician license
      - Minimum of two (2) years of pharmacy experience
      - Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities
      - Solid time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
      - Knowledge of pharmacy software programs and relevant regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician certification
      - Minimum of two (2) years of oncology pharmacy experience
      - Experience in negotiating problems and exploring solutions in a clinical setting
