      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer phones and triage customer service issues effectively
      - Prepare prescription and non-prescription medications and devices
      - Stock and replenish inventory in automated dispensing machines and stock locations
      - Assist with the orientation and training of pharmacy department staff
      - Process prescription orders electronically and handle third-party claims

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in a health or related field, with at least 1 year of pharmacy experience or equivalent education and experience
      - Registered Pharmacy Technician with the NH Board of Pharmacy required
      - Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification required
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to maintain composure under stress
      - Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a pharmacy setting, particularly in customer service roles
      - Familiarity with electronic prescription processing systems
      - Knowledge of inventory management practices
      - BLS Certification obtained within 30 days of hire if required to administer immunizations
