Job summary
Fixed Term - Part Time.
The Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB) is offering an opportunity for the role of Pharmacy Workforce Project Lead for 2-3 days per week (dependent on capacity) for 6 months from appointment*
The role will involve working with stakeholders across the Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE) Integrated Care System (ICS) to co-ordinate and ensure delivery of the Pharmacy Workforce Strategy and associated work plan. This will include being responsible for the delivery of projects and initiatives providing subject matter expertise to the process as well as providing support to the Pharmacy Workforce Group.

Main duties of the job
Work with stakeholders across the Suffolk and North East Essex (SNEE) Integrated Care System (ICS) to coordinate and ensure delivery of the projects and provide subject matter expertise in relevant programmes of work.
Support and lead processes and projects related to the workforce programme, throughout the term of the contract, including providing knowledge and oversight to the ICS Pharmacy Workforce Strategy, ICS Pharmacy Workforce Planning Group and associated work plan. Working to timelines and deadlines as agreed.
Support the set up and running of the ICS Pharmacy Workforce Programme Group including its administration and leading on key projects.
Support and lead on the coordination of the Pharmacy Workforce Programme across the ICS and partners which will include the development of the narrative and provide the PMO support across the Pharmacy Workforce Strategy.
Support ICS partners in providing the PMO support across the Pharmacy Workforce Action Plan and update as appropriate including the development of project documentation and support of projects within the Pharmacy Workforce Plan.
