      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain successful business partnerships with targeted healthcare providers (HCPs) within the assigned territory
      - Communicate and promote the clinical and economic benefits of products to medical professionals
      - Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute an integrated action plan to achieve sales goals
      - Conduct consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls to understand client needs and present company products
      - Analyze complex sales and technical data to develop strategic business plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and independently managing a territory
      - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and create actionable business plans
      - Valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record
      - Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence without direct authority

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with documented sales success
      - Experience conducting successful consultative, solution-oriented sales calls
      - Ability to quickly learn and explain complex medical and scientific information
