What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the gift fulfillment process for various local foundations, ensuring timely and accurate donor communications
- Collaborate with Accounting for the month-end close process on behalf of the local foundation
- Support frontline fundraisers by establishing standard queries, reports, and tools to enhance fundraising activities
- Analyze and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic fundraising decisions
- Champion the use of resources and technology to maximize service delivery in philanthropy operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of three years of progressive experience in philanthropy or healthcare fundraising
- Proficient use of Blackbaud fundraising software, including Raiser's Edge or BBCRM
- Strong skills in Google Business Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in health care fundraising
- Knowledge of SQL report writing
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
