      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with CRM Development Team and end users to interpret business needs and develop data solutions
      - Create and maintain a Donor Relations dashboard to track fundraising program performance and fiscal progress
      - Conduct data analysis, including correlation, impact, distribution, trending, and projection
      - Serve as a liaison between the PRM team, CRM team, and field fundraisers to enhance data management and reporting
      - Provide training and support to end users regarding CRM capabilities and functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience providing implementation and technical support for CRM software, specifically Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge and/or BBCRM
      - Working knowledge of relational database architectures
      - Experience in developing and implementing reporting vehicles using CRM software
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.)
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in lieu of a degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional or educationally equivalent experience specifically in information management or computer science in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
