      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and report on metrics using Blackbaud CRM and third-party applications
      - Collaborate with the PRM data analyst and database users to optimize CRM reports
      - Analyze fundraising program performance and return on investment across various giving programs
      - Act as a liaison between PRM team, CRM team, and field fundraisers for data management
      - Provide training and support to end users regarding CRM capabilities and technical issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience providing implementation and technical support of CRM software, specifically Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge and/or BBCRM software
      - Working knowledge of relational database architectures
      - Experience in developing and implementing reporting vehicles using CRM software
      - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros, VLOOKUP, etc.)
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in lieu of a degree

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional or educationally equivalent experience specifically in information management or computer science in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
