What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Underwrite grant applications totaling approximately $20M annually
- Collaborate with Community Development Officers to ensure compliance with CRA and risk evaluation
- Evaluate submitted services/events for CRA qualification
- Facilitate regular reports to various departments
- Assist with system administration support for grants and services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Community Leadership, Compliance, or Financial Services OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Community Leadership, Compliance, or Financial Services
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with the Community Reinvestment Act and grant administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MS Office Suite for data analysis and management presentations
- Knowledge of government assistance programs for home buyers and small businesses
