- Previous experience operating at VP or Managerial level (or equivalent)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; adjust readily to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change with composure
- Good communication skills both verbal and written, attention to detail and ability to target a wide range of audiences with credibility
- Ability to identify and address conflict and obstacles; escalating, as appropriate
- Strong analytical capabilities; synthesize data sets, identify key themes and propose solutions – comfortable working from a top-down and bottom-up perspective
- Great team player with high degree of flexibility
- Self-starter / intellectually curious / willing to do what is required to deliver superior results
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 18, 2024 and ending June 28, 2024, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate & Investment Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Consumer & Community Banking, and Corporate functions.
Ideal candidates for the program have previous experience in one of the following functions – operations, investment management, project management, data analytics, controls/compliance, and human resources.
