Providing excellent customer service on the phones
Accurately document messages and deliver to Fashion Advisors on a timely manner
Establish and provide strong client relationships over the phones by responding promptly and appropriately to all internal and external queries and ensuring that all clients are kept informed as appropriate
Help at cashier with processing transactions precisely as needed
Ensuring Cash and Wrap stations are prepared and stocked as needed
Prepare packaging and assist with gift wrapping parcels as needed
Always provide the highest level of customer service to colleagues, including prompt response to requests from Clients, Boutique Management and Head Office
Communicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and management within own and other Boutiques, as well as with CHANEL Head Office as required
Apply a helpful and courteous manner towards all colleagues, remaining reliable, supportive and flexible as the business demands
Ensure absolute confidentiality of the Company’s commercial activities and internal affairs at all times
Successful experience of at least 1-3 years in customer service. Retail operations and/or phone customer service is an asset;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Strong organization and follow-up skills (essential);
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Willingness to work retail business hours which include weekends and flexible to business demands, including some out of hours as required;
Comfortable working with different departments and teams;
Fluent English, French a plus.

Phones and Cashier Support
L ocation: CHANEL Flagship Boutique
Reports to: Operations Assistant
Contract: Full-time and Temporary position (until end of July 2024).
Your role @Chanel:
As a Phones and Cashier Support, you will be answering all phone inquiries in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. You will also effectively perform cashier and administrative duties in support of a variety of assigned functions required for the Boutique and the Head Office, while maintaining the CHANEL standards of excellent customer service, product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times.
