What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interact directly with policyholders via phone and email to compile lists of damaged personal items
- Create content lists that meet quality standards for accurate valuation of items
- Review lists provided by insured individuals, gathering details for accurate LKQ matches
- Monitor and manage claim assignments, conducting interviews as needed
- Ensure all claim-related documentation is accurately entered into the claims management system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable using web-based research tools to verify product values and descriptions
- Customer service experience and ability to empathize with grieving individuals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience dealing with grieving individuals (hospice, funeral, social work) a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
