Opened in 1993, Kingwood Occupational and Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and certified hand therapy practice that specializes in orthopedics, spine and sports injuries, and hand/upper extremity rehabilitation. Our FAAOMPTs have the highest level of treating orthopedic and sports medicine conditions. Our treatment is based on state-of-the-art medical technology along with ‘hands-on’ quality care.
