What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide physical therapy services as ordered by the physician under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Document patient care activities and communicate changes in patient status to supervisors
- Educate patients and caregivers using effective interpersonal communication skills
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapist assistant with an associate degree
- Active state license as a physical therapist assistant
- Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist assistant preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance, along with a current driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in home health care settings
- Familiarity with the Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance patient and caregiver interactions
