What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide coordinated physical therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Administer non-complex manual therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed by the physician
- Complete appropriate documentation in a timely manner and notify the supervisor of any changes in patient status
- Apply infection control concepts and standard precautions during patient care activities
- Educate patients and caregivers using effective interpersonal communication skills

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapist assistant with an associate-level degree
- Active state license as a physical therapist assistant
- Minimum of one year of experience as a physical therapist assistant preferred
- Proof of current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance, along with a current driver's license

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with therapy skills as set forth in the Therapy Practice Act and other regulatory agencies
- Strong interpersonal skills to enhance patient and caregiver education
