      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in providing therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
      - Help patients maintain or improve their level of independence in a home health setting

      - Exercise independence and flexibility in your work schedule and patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
      - National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
      - Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
      - Washington Physical Therapist Assistant License (Vendor Managed) if practicing in this state upon hire
