      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer physical therapy treatments to patients under the direction of a Physical Therapist
      - Develop and adjust individual patient therapy plans in collaboration with the Physical Therapist
      - Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with departmental policies
      - Manage patient schedules to meet departmental productivity expectations
      - Provide instruction and support for patient discharge, including home exercise programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Florida
      - Current hands-on BLS certification
      - Ability to maintain confidentiality of all patient information
      - Commitment to adhering to policies and procedures specific to patient rights and safety
      - Strong interpersonal skills to exhibit excellent service to patients, visitors, and co-workers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a rehabilitation setting or similar healthcare environment
      - Knowledge of current rehabilitation practices and techniques
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Commitment to continuous professional development and training
