What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized treatment plans for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians to deliver best-in-class care
- Pursue and develop specialties in areas such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, and Sports Therapy
- Maintain reasonable caseloads to focus on personalized patient care
- Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state of Connecticut
- Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with specialty areas such as Dry Needling or Vestibular Therapy
- Previous work in a collaborative healthcare environment
- Interest in pursuing additional certifications or specializations
