What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement therapeutic plans under the supervision of a physical therapist
- Provide daily care, including gait training, balance exercises, strength training, endurance exercises, and functional mobility
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and wellness
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA standards
- Operate and maintain physical therapy equipment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and valid licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist assistant or eligible to apply for licensure
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience preferred
- Current Arkansas license or eligible to obtain within one month of hire
- LSVT BIG or PWR! Moves certification preferred

- Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in rehabilitation therapy
- Strong skills in patient education and support
- Familiarity with care coordination and implementation of individualized health plans
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality care standards and adaptability to changing workloads
