      - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold a relevant degree in physical therapy or a related field
      - Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications in orthopedic specialty or related areas
      - Experience with electronic medical record systems
      - Advanced knowledge of current rehabilitation techniques and practices
      - Participation in professional organizations related to orthopedic rehabilitation
