What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individualized treatment sessions for patients with varying ages and diagnoses
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver world-class care in physical therapy and other rehabilitation services
- Pursue specialties based on personal passion and clinic needs, including Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, and more
- Participate in mentorship and peer-to-peer learning opportunities to enhance clinical skills
- Maintain a reasonable caseload to focus on exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Current or pending licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the respective state
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in specialized areas such as Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, or Sports Therapy
- Certification as a clinical instructor or mentorship experience
- Interest in leadership development and practice management
