      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Physical Therapist in providing skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with various diagnoses and disabilities
      - Take into account individual patients' special physical or age-related needs during treatment
      - Facilitate professional consultations to help achieve maximum patient/client independence
      - Work in Home Health to provide care in patients' most comfortable environments
      - Build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population while exercising independence and flexibility in your role

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy
      - Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire
      - National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
      - Ability to work Monday through Friday
      - Skills in patient/client treatment and professional consultation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a healthcare setting providing physical therapy or related services
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
      - Familiarity with home health care practices and procedures
