      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist surgeons during clinic visits and in the operating room as a first assist
      - Manage daily care of critical and non-critical burn patients
      - Perform assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of issues related to burn patients
      - Coordinate scheduling of surgeries and collaborate with the Ambulatory Surgery team
      - Handle telephone inquiries and fill prescriptions related to patient care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate from an accredited physician assistant program recognized by the Arkansas State Medical Board
      - Current Arkansas Physician Assistant license or eligibility to apply for licensure
      - Ability to manage patient care in both clinical and surgical settings
      - Strong skills in assessments and treatment of burn-related issues
      - Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
