      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist surgeons with clinic visits, perform procedures, and serve as a first assist in the operating room
      - Manage patient care, including rounding on post-operative patients and handling telephone inquiries
      - Fill prescriptions and coordinate consultations
      - Conduct diagnostic procedures and provide direct patient care
      - Collaborate with Ambulatory Surgery for scheduling surgeries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate from an accredited physician assistant program recognized by the Arkansas State Medical Board
      - Current Arkansas Physician Assistant license or eligibility to apply for licensure
