What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual consultations to diagnose and manage a range of dermatological conditions (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin screenings)
- Provide evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatments, and preventative care
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up
- Maintain accurate and thorough electronic health records of patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Certified and licensed Physician Assistant
- 5+ years of medical dermatology experience, including prescribing responsibilities
- Must be able to confidently manage and prescribe all relevant medications, including topicals, orals, compounds, biologics, JAK inhibitors, and Isotretinoin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in virtual settings
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and Zoom + GSuite systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience partnering with MDs/DOs for chart review and compliance
