What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide occupational health services at multiple locations, including preventive and primary care
- Practice autonomously while collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages
- Maintain compliance with state regulations and certification requirements
- Participate in ongoing clinical trials and studies within the health network

What is Required (Qualifications):
- For Nurse Practitioners: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- For Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree in nursing and graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner program required
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC
- Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber (APNP) by the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing required
- For Physician Assistants: Bachelor's degree in physician assistant studies and current state certification as a PA required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Family Medicine experience and experience working independently with all ages
- Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- Medicaid and Medicare (PECOS) enrollment and DEA registration
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA-approved equivalent upon hire
