      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide in-house physician compensation fair market value analysis services
      - Perform fair market value analysis for due diligence and organizational integration efforts
      - Serve as a consultant when fair market value guidance is required
      - Assist in developing tools and provide education throughout the fair market value analysis process
      - Participate in compliance investigations and other necessary projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required
      - Minimum of one (1) year of physician compensation valuation and/or healthcare finance experience required
      - Familiarity with provider compensation valuation and models
      - Basic understanding of healthcare operations and revenue cycle
      - Strong analytical and planning skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Health Care Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
      - Certification in Provider Compensation Valuation (CPCV) or Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) preferred
