What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all phases of the physician contracting process from initiation to closeout for various provider contracts and agreements
- Collaborate with leadership and recruitment teams to provide contract employment agreements for physicians and advanced practice providers
- Measure contracting metric performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Evaluate the integrity and compliance of physician invoices and assess eligibility of contracting entities
- Partner with legal on contract language negotiation, modification, and development of new agreements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in contract management and/or legal services
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with equivalent job-related experience
- Exceptional proofreading, writing, and editing skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to develop, plan, and deliver multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Five years of experience in an ambulatory care or multi-specialty setting
- Previous experience in healthcare law
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a pre-law field of study
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
