      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise physician candidates and clients in the academic sector
      - Source and screen physicians through effective communication via phone and email
      - Present opportunity features, quote salaries, and prepare candidates for interviews
      - Manage the recruiting process, ensuring consistent communication and feedback
      - Collaborate with schools of medicine, academic institutions, and teaching hospitals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience
      - Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
      - Ability to travel up to 25%
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Consultative sales experience
      - Experience working with academic institutions or healthcare organizations
