What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Source and secure CVs of physician candidates for initial telephone interviews
- Maintain a database of candidate information and assist in creating recruitment materials
- Develop contacts for target mailing lists and assist residency and fellowship program outreach
- Coordinate candidate site visits and follow up to assess interest levels
- Manage logs of recruitment activities and maintain communication with candidates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, a science specialization field, or a related field
- Valid driver's license (VDL)
- Minimum of 3 years of related recruitment experience; 5 additional years of experience may substitute for degree requirement
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed for candidate interviews and conferences
