      Overview

      UF Central Florida is seeking a dynamic Physician Recruiter! The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing strategic physician recruitment plans to attract top talent to our medical staff. This role partners with external physician search firms to enhance recruitment efforts and also designs a comprehensive physician onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for newly hired physicians. Additionally, the Physician Recruiter will support the Division’s Business Development initiatives, contributing to strategies and projections that drive physician volume growth.

      Qualifications

      Education

      • Bachelor’s degree required.

      Special Skills, Qualifications, and Additional Experience Required:

      • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant physician recruiting experience.

      • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.

      • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle for physicians, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.

      • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with medical schools, residency programs, professional associations, and other talent pipelines.
