What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment and placement activities for physicians and advanced practice providers
- Develop and implement recruitment plans in compliance with current standards
- Serve as a communication liaison with market leadership, candidates, and physicians
- Plan and conduct interviews, oversee candidate vetting, and maintain accurate candidate records
- Conduct community site visits for candidates and coordinate with market leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years related experience in recruitment or healthcare
- Strong negotiation skills for financial contracts and physician placement
- Proficient in database management and recruitment tracking systems
- Ability to build relationships with facility leadership and community practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly in urgent care settings
- Familiarity with Salesforce/Optimum or similar recruitment software
- Established contacts with educational institutions and residency programs
- Knowledge of healthcare trends and competitive institutions
- Experience in training or mentoring new staff members
