What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full cycle recruitment and placement of physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple service lines
- Build and maintain relationships with facility CEOs, Physician Services partners, and community practices
- Develop and implement recruitment plans compliant with current standards
- Oversee candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring quality checks are performed
- Conduct market assessments to identify trends and develop innovative recruitment strategies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience and/or training
- Proven experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing
- Strong negotiation skills for financial contracts and physician agreements
- Ability to maintain accurate records and data integrity using recruitment systems
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce/Optimum or similar recruitment databases
- Knowledge of healthcare recruitment trends and competitive landscape
- Familiarity with residency and fellowship programs
- Previous experience representing an organization at industry events or meetings
- Understanding of compliance and legal guidelines related to healthcare recruitment
