      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Advise physician candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process
      - Source and screen physician candidates through effective communication via phone and email
      - Present opportunity details, quote salary, and prepare candidates for interviews
      - Drive marketing campaign efforts focused on physician recruitment
      - Investigate and resolve client concerns while maintaining consistent communication

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Recruiting experience is required
      - Sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, or cold calling
      - Experience with physician relations and regular interaction with physicians
      - Ability to travel up to 20%
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Consultative sales experience is a plus
