      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet with new physicians and practice leadership to explain compensation plans and production expectations
      - Provide training on accessing and understanding compensation dashboards in ProCare software
      - Serve as the initial contact for physician and practice leadership inquiries regarding compensation or RVU productivity
      - Manage user access for new and existing users in the ProCare software and handle administrative tasks related to the system
      - Monitor calculations for compliance with compensation plans and manage weekly CSV files and SFTP uploads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in Healthcare Administration, Billing, or a related data management field
      - Excellent communication and analytical skills
      - Ability to learn and utilize multiple software systems daily
      - Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with compensation plans or physician relations
