      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet with pre-PA students on Zoom to help them plan their coursework and extracurricular activities to enhance competitiveness for PA school
      - Guide applicants through the steps involved in assembling a PA school application
      - Assist applicants in writing personal statements, experience descriptions, and other essays for PA school
      - Review applicants' essays and provide constructive feedback and revisions
      - Coach applicants on the PA school interview process, conduct mock interviews, and offer feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An earned Bachelor's Degree
      - Demonstrable expertise and experience with PA school admissions
      - Availability for 3-15 hours per week
      - Familiarity with remote learning platforms such as Zoom or similar web-conferencing tools
      - Prior experience mentoring, tutoring, or advising students

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience as a mentor or tutor or prior admissions committee experience
