- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel to industry events as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Helicopter Commercial Pilot Certificate with an Instrument Rating
- Previous aviation operations or aviation recruiting experience
- Part 135 helicopter air ambulance experience
