      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide specialized academic instruction (SAI) to students with disabilities
      - Manage a caseload of students, including scheduling and conducting IEP meetings
      - Deliver online instruction via Class Connect Program to students in various grades
      - Communicate with students and parents through virtual platforms and regular updates
      - Attend in-person meetings and training sessions throughout the school year

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Permanent California residence (must currently reside in Placer County)
      - Valid/current Preliminary/Clear/Life California Education Specialist Instruction Credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe Disabilities
      - California English Learner Authorization issued by CTC
      - Must meet all credentialing requirements at the time of application
      - Must be available for full-time work, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM

      - Experience with online teaching platforms and technology integration in the classroom
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt instruction to meet student needs
      - Familiarity with IEP processes and special education regulations
      - Previous experience working with diverse student populations
