- Vocational /Technical Diploma in Business/Office Technology, or closely related field
- One year experience in general office or customer service; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for this position.
- Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Ability to analyze information, use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
