      About the Role

      Gap Inc.’s B2B & International Commerce division have brought the Gap Inc. iconic brands Gap, Old Navy, Athleta and Banana Republic, to over 70+ countries across Latin America, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. We are looking for an account planner that will be responsible for the development, execution and communication of Franchise regional financial plans and strategies - owning sales, margin and inventory planning. The team develops preseason budgets/plans along with monthly forecasting targets to drive profitable in-season management for the entire Franchise portfolio across all brands, channels and regions.

      What You'll Do

      • Preseason, formulate top-down account level retail sales/wholesale buy targets and strategies for Gap. Inc annual budgets and quarterly plans
      • Approve and create sales plans for new and comp channels (stores, online, wholesale etc.) Review new location performance and assess future opening expectations
      • In season, reforecast sales plans and identify risk/opportunities to plans; collaborate with cross functional teams to develop action plans to achieve financial goals
      • Analyze and provide feedback on country and partner level performance to senior leaders in monthly meetings, providing insight into markets
      • Review and challenge partners yearly business plans, ensuring financial rigor is met, along with realistic budget targets and driving growth opportunities in key markets
      • Collaborate with peers and Franchise leaders to ensure consistency of information, share best-practices with other regional planners, and develop systems knowledge
      • Build relationship with Franchisee partners and understand their ways of working

      Who You Are

      • 3-5 years’ experience in planning or finance required
      • Ecommerce experience preferred, experience with wholesale/franchise business also a plus
      • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
      • Has a clear understanding of financial metrics and levers, including sales, comp levers (LFL), gross margin, intake and inventory metrics
      • Ability to problem solve independently and develop strong partnerships with business partners across the globe; thrives in a dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity
      • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required (particularly in Excel)
