      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and evaluate changes in legislation and community needs to develop program objectives and recommendations
      - Present program design recommendations to management and coordinate decision-making processes
      - Manage contracts and grants, including preparing applications and monitoring compliance
      - Oversee the preparation of grant reports and ensure proper use of allocated funds
      - Develop policies and procedures for program evaluation and regulatory compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Social Services, Social or Behavioral Sciences, Management, or a closely related area
      - Three years of experience in grant and contract administration, or public program planning and evaluation
      - Strong skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
      - Experience with statistical software (i.e., SPSS, Stata) and data visualization tools (i.e., ArcGIS, Adobe Illustrator, Tableau)
      - Ability to conduct needs assessments and consult with various stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Qualtrics software for primary research and program improvement
      - Familiarity with public health principles and practices
      - Previous experience presenting data to community groups and elected officials
      - Background in negotiating contract terms and managing vendor relationships
      - Knowledge of budget preparation and monitoring expenditures
