      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as a primary financial liaison for planning and reporting needs across the organization
      - Prepare and deliver detailed monthly expense, project, and FTE reports with insights comparing plans and actuals
      - Contribute to the development of the annual financial plan and ongoing forecasts
      - Create polished PowerPoint presentations and reporting for senior leadership
      - Identify cost improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience, including reporting and presenting to executive leadership
      - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including pivot tables, vlookups, and data extraction
      - Working knowledge of OneStream or comparable planning/reporting tools
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CPA or CMA certification
      - Background in financial services or banking
