      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the Bureau's camp lot lease program and manage other leases on Bureau properties
      - Maintain all Bureau property records and administer databases related to property tracking
      - Conduct field monitoring by physically inspecting leased properties across the Bureau's land base
      - Examine and research lease policies and assist with related transactions
      - Communicate effectively with federal and state agencies, public officials, and the general public

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A combination of eight (8) years of education, training, and/or experience in planning and research principles
      - Knowledge of leasing policy, foreclosure policies, and real estate practices
      - Experience with records and database management
      - Proficiency in GIS products and tools, including desktop and mobile applications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in property management or real estate
      - Familiarity with the Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands' operations and policies
      - Skills in data collection and research methodologies
      - Ability to work independently in remote locations
