      Your role

      Are you a team player? Excited to continue development of your financial planning knowledge and skills?

      We’re looking for a team player with a financial planning background to:

      • work closely with seasoned financial planners to help develop and manage financial plans
      • have or able to develop a deep understanding of MoneyGuidePro financial planning software
      • work within a team of colleagues to adapt, improve and best serve the client and team needs
      • have a working knowledge of all components of the financial planning process and the ability to work with financial planning colleagues to prepare for client meetings
      • learn to lead discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their objectives, needs and comprehensive financial picture

      Your team

      You will be a part of dedicated team of financial planning professionals at the Burish Group. We help high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through a holistic wealth management approach by delivering products and services specifically tailored for their needs. As a client associate, your role will be critical to ensuring the team delivers world class service to each and every client.

      Your expertise

      • bachelor's degree or equivalent
      • education or work experience in personal financial planning
      • CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®) professional or desire to work toward achieving the CFP® certification
      • excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
      • analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)
      • team player with a willingness to learn, grow and receive feedback
      • self-motivated
