      Resin Tech – Plant Labor

      JOB DESCRIPTION:

      Housekeeping, Loading & Unloading Vessels, Tracking
      Inventory Numbers, Transferring Products, Labeling & Administering QC Status
      Stickers on Finished Product.

      Primary Responsibility

      · Product Recognition

      · Tank/Vessel & Valve Recognition

      · Forklift Certification

      · Complete Safety Training

      · Undergo Procedure Training

      · Loading & Unloading Vessels

      · Traceability Paperwork (i.e. Data Log Sheets, Inventory Transfer Sheets & Vessel
      Transfer Sheets)

      · Housekeeping (i.e. Clean Plant Floor, Clean Sump Pits, Discard
      Raw Material Packaging & Pallets)

      Secondary Responsibility

      · Daily Water Quality Checks

      · Daily Air Handler/Scrubber Check

      · Vessel/Tank Cleaning Between Products *(To Prevent Cross-Contamination)

      Qualifications and Education Requirements

      High School Diploma or GED equivalent

      Physical Requirements

      · Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs

      · Ability to Stand, Squat and Contort for 12 Continuous Hours

      · Ability to Transfer Products From One Form of Packaging to Another Per Customer Requirements

      Work Environment

      Production Plant Setting: Contained Wet Area, Dusty, Dirty, Slippery and Odorous
