What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor performance, resolve problems, and manage capacity issues of platform components
- Design, test, develop, configure, and maintain integrations to platform applications
- Adhere to security and coding standards for resilience, data, and security
- Review business requirements to deploy optimal solutions, including coding and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to communicate statuses and technical proposals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Two or more years of experience in release practices and environments or related experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and Mulesoft
- Experience with workflow and process automation within platforms
- Knowledge of integration with external systems and APIs

- Experience with performance tuning for specific platforms
- Utilization of advanced modules or extensions within technology platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with diverse populations
