What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide first-line technical and customer support to clients' customers, ensuring queries are resolved with excellent attention to detail
- Respond to customer inquiries within agreed response times, prioritizing effective solutions
- Conduct fault-finding analysis to resolve technical issues raised by customers
- Collaborate within a team structure to deliver the best customer care experience
- Identify trends in customer queries to improve service quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively
- Logical and methodical approach with good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in playing consoles or PC gaming and discussing technical issues
- IT literate with a tech-savvy mindset or background in technical IT PC support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with gaming industry trends and customer support
