Job Description

- System & Process Compliance
- Leads/participates in investigations within PLCM to drive effective root cause analysis and CAPA identification, establishing optimal and PLCM processes for Finished Goods (FG) launch, lifecycle, and retirement
- Inspection prep and representation for assigned PLCM Process and Systems
- Training Delivery and upskilling of team for assigned PLCM workflows (e.g. Artwork Management, GCC, Data Management)
- Consulted in the development of PLCM Training Development & Curriculums
- Process Ownership & Execution
- Development and optimization of Lifecycle Processes surrounding Artwork, FG Lifecycle Change Control, and Data Management
- Liaises with PLCM process/system stakeholders, PLCM Systems & Governance Lead, and IT to ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in the GCC, AW, and Data management business process and PLM system.
- Driving or consulting in the authoring of Operating Procedures
- Collaborating in the development and maintenance of PLCM Datasets and KPIs. Collects and analyzes PLCM Launch, GCC, and AW metrics to draw trends and insights to assist in process improvements
- System Oversight and Delivery
- PLCM System Workflow & Toolset Development (e.g. Launch Tracking, Deviation management, dashboards, etc.), maintenance, and Oversight for assigned responsibilities
- Troubleshooting / Triage for technical issues, ensuring clear pathways for support are established
- Executes User Acceptance Testing as required for IT releases
- Consulted in User Entitlement Review and Access Approvals
- Strategic Leadership
- External Partner Oversight of PLCM vendors as applicable, providing relationship, budget, and access management ensuring business continuity, developing forecasts for AOP, and leading business review meetings. Liaises between PLCM Portfolio Teams and vendor for effective management and prioritization of workload
- Leads/participates in identifying, mobilizing, and/or leading (as applicable) PLCM CI projects. Leverages Project and Change Management skills by developing project charters, schedules, and ensuring accountability, alignment, and effective communication
- Business or IT graduate with an affinity for process improvement, data visualization and supply chain management interest
- Lean Six Sigma/Green Belt or similar Project Management certification is an asset Minimum 5 years working experience in a Supply Chain, Product Life Cycle Management, or similar project management focused role with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience within an international and controlled environment is required
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills (excellent written and verbal communicator to articulate recommendations and key decision points to senior management)
- Demonstrated experience reducing complex subjects to key points. Ability to work in fast paced environments and great organizational skills to effectively balance a broad range of projects and tasks in parallel
- Experience with Supply Chain and LCM tools, preferably: TrackWise, Oracle Agile PLM
- People management and/or Cross Functional Project Management experience
- Influencing and negotiation skills to attain buy-in from different stakeholders

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLCM) Capability Lead focuses on establishing and optimizing clear governance, process, and toolsets for Finished Good lifecycle activities in the space of Artwork management, Change Control, and Data Management within Global Supply Chain. They play a key role in connection with the PLCM Governance & Systems Lead and broader PO&T strategy, to align governance, introduce/optimize ways of working, and ensure the maintenance of procedures and training. The role facilitates in driving Continuous Improvement linked to people, process, and system touchpoints to PLCM; contributing towards mobilization, development, and rollout. Additionally, the PLCM capability lead focuses on internal development of toolsets to enhance visibility, efficiency, and governance.

The role collaborates globally and can hold oversight of external relationships with PLCM outsourced services such as Graphics Service Providers leveraged for Artwork development. Collaboration with key stakeholders across Supply Chain, R&D, IT, and others is vital for the PLCM Capability Lead to streamline lifecycle planning and execution capabilities. By conducting investigations and developing and analyzing data, the PLCM Capability lead uncovers valuable trends and insights that drive effective CAPAs to close compliance risks and/or optimizations linked to time and cost savings for the business.
